Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or PDF β all columns auto-detected
Rates use standard IATA logic: all applicable weight breaks (NOR = any weight, +45 = 45kg+, etc.) are compared and the cheapest total cost is selected. Pivot rates are also checked β if declaring weight at a higher break is cheaper, that's used. Minimum charge applies if the calculated amount falls below it.
Column mapping templates are saved automatically when you upload a rate sheet. They are re-applied on future uploads for the same airline.
